It includes FREE phone, FREE internet, FREE cable t.v., FREE laundry (all you can use), FREE utilities (gas, electricity, water), big screen t.v. (32 inch) with surround sound for watching movies, fire pit in back yard, BBQ in back yard, etc. I would only charge you $450/month which includes everything. Theres also lots of parking. No lease to sign. Month to month renting. Also I have a really big room has two single beds. You could share it with a student or working male for only $295/month per person. There is less privacy if you share the room but its cheap! You would, of course, still have access to all of the amenities in my home. The house is in the best neighborhood in all of Edmonton. Its about a 10 minute walk to the supermarket, University of Alberta, Whyte Ave, Farmers market, bars, patios, restaurants, Fringe festival, Heritage festival, parades, Hawrelak Park (best park in Edmonton), Kinsmen sports center, river valley, the new LRT train station, etc. Im also right on a major bus route so you dont even need a car to live here. The bus stop is right outside my house. The 51 bus picks you up 30 feet from my property and drops you off right at the University terminal. You could even walk to the U of A though or take a nice bike ride. There is a lifestyle in this neighborhood which is unparalleled in Edmonton. I live right on 109 st and 75 Ave. The room itself is very comfortable. Its quite large with more than enough room for a double bed, desk, shelves, etc. Its 12 feet X 13. The people living here are: Matt (me) Business owner. Works long hours. Likes to travel. Megan - History student at the U of A. 25 years old. Shawna - 21 year old female. U of A student, studying History and German. Very quiet and respectful. Trent - Law student at the U of A. Conservative and clean cut. Very fit. Likes to work out.
