Do you need to rent a room near the University of Alberta? I have one available.
It includes FREE internet, FREE phone, FREE cable t.v., FREE laundry (all you can use), FREE utilities (gas, electricity, water), furnished with t.v. etc.., BBQ in back yard. I would only charge you $450/month which includes everything. No lease to sign. Month to month renting. Short term rentals are fine. It\'s a FULLY furnished house. You just need a suitcase.
The house is in the best neighborhood in all of Edmonton. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the supermarket, University of Alberta, Hospital, Cross Cancer Center, Whyte Ave, Farmers’ market, bars, patios, restaurants, Fringe festival, Heritage festival, parades, Hawrelak Park (best park in Edmonton), Kinsmen sports center, river valley. It’s also DIRECTLY across the street from the LRT train station and right on a major bus route (you don’t need a car to live here). The bus stop and LRT station is right outside my house. You could even walk to the U of A though (we’re basically just across the street). There is a lifestyle in this neighborhood which is unparalleled in Edmonton. The house is on the corner of 78 Ave and 114 st.
